We ship worldwide using tracked post and international couriers. Every order is dispatched with a tracking number and is fully insured in transit. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Live, exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the item's weight and dimensions (dimensional weight is used where it exceeds actual weight).
Rates are calculated at checkout from real carrier pricing. Orders of $500 or more qualify for complimentary standard tracked shipping worldwide.
For international orders we display estimated import duties and VAT/GST at checkout. Where available you may choose Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to prepay all duties and taxes so your parcel arrives with no further customs demand. If you do not select DDP, any duties/taxes charged by your country's customs are your responsibility.
Some destinations restrict the import of certain goods — for example aerosols, nail polish and other liquids over 100ml, or toys containing lithium batteries. Where an item cannot be legally shipped to your country, our checkout will display a clear message and will not allow that item to be purchased for that destination.
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel through to delivery.
